1. RECOGNIZE
concussion symptoms, like confusion, feeling foggy, headache, dizziness, and being tired.

2. REPORT
your symptoms. Tell your coach, athletic trainer or parent.

3. REST
your mind and body. It’s the best way to get over a concussion and get back in the game.
